CANCELLATION POLICY
Our detailers count on their appointments to make a living. For that reason, Fresh Feel Mobile has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. With a 48 hour notice, we can make the necessary, logistical changes to fill the vacancy. Clients who provide a 48 hour notice will receive a full refund.
Cancellations or missed appointments without a 48 hour notice will result in the $30 deposit being withheld. Clients who paid in full, but failed to provide a 48 hour notice will have $30 subtracted from their refund. The deposit will be split between the detailers who are unable to work due to the cancellation(s).
Clients have the ability to reschedule their own appointment online, as long as it’s done at least 48 hours before their appointment.
Service Area
We provide a mobile service in Texas, around the Greater Houston area. We travel to locations in Harris County, Montgomery County, Brazoria County, and Fort Bend County. The cost of traveling within our service area is already calculated into our prices. If you are located outside of our typical service area, please send an email to support@freshfeelmobile.com. We would love to earn your business if the logistics make sense.
Pet Hair Removal
** ATTENTION ** We acknowledge that pets are a cherished part of your life, and that having pet hair in your vehicle is sometimes unavoidable. We’ll gladly remove it, but please understand that pet hair removal is a labor intensive process, and for that reason, we offer it as an additional service. If there is pet hair in your vehicle, please select “Pet Hair Removal” from our list of additional services. If pet hair removal is not selected, but there is pet hair in the vehicle, then an additional $50 charge will be added to your invoice, for the the pet hair removal service.
Multiple Vehicles
If you would like us to detail multiple personal vehicles at the same location, or if you have a corporate fleet of vehicles, please send an email to support@freshfeelmobile.com. Please review our detail packages on the next page before sending an email. Be sure to include a complete list of the makes and models of each vehicle, and to specify the detail package that you want for each one. After we agree on the date of service and scope of the work, we'll manually schedule the appointment.
Rain
We constantly monitor local weather conditions to ensure that appointments aren't unexpectedly interrupted. For your convenience, there is a seven day weather forecast below. Please consider that Greater Houston covers a large geographic region, so the weather conditions in your respective area may differ from the illustration. To avoid rescheduling your appointment, we strongly recommend that you check the weather before scheduling.
Paint Correction and Scratch Removal
Paint correction removes imperfections in the paint, like scratches, holograms, hazy clear coat, water spots, and swirls. However, paint correction does not involve repainting the vehicle, and won’t affect areas where the paint has been removed. If your vehicle has a scratch that cuts all the way through the paint, then you’ll need to visit a body shop to repaint it. We’ll still perform the service(s) that you desire on the painted areas of the vehicle, but please understand that paint correction can not be done on an unpainted surface, and repainting a vehicle is beyond the scope of mobile detailing.
Child Car Seats
Shampoo and steam cleaning car seats is a popular additional service among our clients with young children. The car seat will be removed from the vehicle and thoroughly cleaned. For liability reasons, we will not reinstall the car seat. But we will explicitly remind you that the car seat needs to be properly secured before its next use. To save time, we recommend that you detach the car seat before we arrive, so we can begin cleaning immediately.
Bug Splatter Removal
In most situations, bug splatter will be removed from the front of your vehicle during the exterior wash process. However, washing will only remove bug splatter on the surface. If the splatter has been left on the paint for an extended period of time, especially during the hot summer months, the remains of their acidic bodies can get etched into the clear coat, leaving visible stains that will require paint correction to be removed. If the paint is in this condition, and you would like us to remove the bug splatter, please select “Paint Correction”, from our list of additional services, if it isn’t already included in your desired package.
Confirmation of Completion
Our detailers take "before" and "after" pictures of every vehicle for our portfolio, and also as proof of completion. We are not responsible for anything that happens to the vehicle after we take the "after" pictures.
Example: The landscapers arrive after we leave. We are not responsible for the dirt and grass that they propel onto the car.
